About Us

Serenata Strings has been providing solos, string duos, string trios, string quartets, string quintets and ensembles utilizing guitar, trumpets, flutes, strings, vocals, harp and piano for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, social events and corporate functions since 1997.   Serenata Strings has performed for more than 1,000 events throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and the state of Texas.

Members of Serenata Strings perform regularly with orchestras in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  Serenata Strings has been a member of the Professional Wedding Guild of Fort Worth since 2004, and performs more than 100 weddings per year.

Serenata Strings performed for the CBS Radio/KVIL 103.7 Lite FM Renewal Of Vows, and was officially a sponsor for the event.  The Renewal Of Vows took place on Feb. 13, 2008 at The Gaylord Texan Resort.

Serenata Strings performed for the CBS Radio/KVIL 103.7 Lite FM giveaway Fantasy Wedding, and was officially a sponsor along with Bank of America, Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, Dr. Delphinium, Al’s Formal Wear, Brides and Beaux, Rebecca Harris and Crew, Blue Diamond Limousines of Texas, Secrets Capri, Apple Vacations, Bachendorf’s, Delicious Cakes and Visual Creations.  The Fantasy Wedding took place on April 17, 2006 at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Serenata Strings provided two trumpets, a string quartet, a vocalist and a pianist for 2 hours for the CBS Radio/KVIL 103.7 Lite FM giveaway Fantasy Wedding.

Serenata Strings is also featured in both the DWeddings magazine as well as The Knot.  One of our brides was featured in The Knot.

We offer our brides wedding rehearsal recordings as QR codes:

  • The Wedding Rehearsal audio files/MP3s featuring the string quartet contains a total of 14 selections.   Eleven out of the fourteen selections on the Wedding Rehearsal Recording as QR codes represent the string quartet; the remaining three represent two violins.

Please note:
Upon request, a representative of Serenata Strings will attend the wedding rehearsal for an additional $150.

Members of Serenata Strings volunteered their talents, time & effort from Nov. 28, 2014 – Jan. 4, 2015 to raise money at Grapevine Mills the Christmas season of 2014.   Serenata Strings raised almost $2,000 of which:
$1,000 was donated to 1000 homeless children in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in collaboration with Captain Hope’s Kids
$500 was donated to Heifer International
$250 was donated to Food For The Poor
$240 for Feeding America
$300 was donated to the 2 million orphans around the world in collaboration with Buckner International Orphan Care.

Members of Serenata Strings volunteered their talents, time & effort from Nov. 29, 2013 – Jan. 5, 2014 to raise money for the victims in the Philippines at Grapevine Mills the Christmas season of 2013.   Serenata Strings raised $8,000 for the victims in the Philippines.

Members of Serenata Strings volunteer their talents and time to raise money for the 1000 homeless children in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in collaboration with Captain Hope’s Kids and the 2 million orphans around the world in collaboration with Buckner International Orphan Care every Christmas season at Grapevine Mills.
On Dec. 23, 2013, $1800 was donated to Captain Hope’s Kids.
On Dec. 23, 2013, $200 was donated to Buckner International Orphan Care.
